I need a all-in-one rss feed generator/editor

Does anyone know of a all in one rss feed generator/editor? Here is my wish list:

* I would like to add several feeds like yahoo news and google news and just enter the rss feed link to the editor. Then have it create a new custom feed from all of the feeds I fed it. I need the new feed link to come out in a xml format the program I have to read feeds does not recognize the normal rss feeds it needs the xml extension.

* I would like to be able to edit all the output of the new feed so I can add/edit text like replace keywords and imbed anchor text links.

I google it but comes out with alot and so far do not see any that does this. So far they only create a feed that goes to the site I enter I need to create one from several feeds I feed it and combine all into one new one.

I guess you can do the first one in Yahoo Pipes or at rssmix.com. As for the second part, you will need to learn Regular Expressions -- which are not as hard as most people make it out to be.

I tried rssmix.com and looks great and it puts the feed out in .xml just what I needed thanks for the info.
