I ended up adding another designer to my team, and honestly, the amount of work I have is enough for 1, but I couldn't pass up his talent when he asked me to help him find work... so I hooked him up at my place with a paying job. Both my designers are Thai, and lets just say their English is rubbish. I speak fluent Thai, so I'm the middle man, I suppose.
Now I know there may be trust issues with me also being an affiliate, but if I have to I'll sign no-compete contracts or whatever you want if it is really that important. I won't steal campaigns, etc.
For some of you noobs, having me be there might help. I can do a little consulting on what I think will work, etc.
Either way, if you don't care for any work, don't really gotta comment on that fact. I'm just trying to help this designer out, and expand my financial sources.
Examples:
Here's how we'll do pricing:
Logos - Start at $50. Both my designers are really good with logos. They'll use Illustrator and send you the vectors, etc. Can do mascots, custom fonts, etc. Price goes up with complexity.
LPs - Start at $50. You'll get photoshop files, all chopped and coded with HTML + CSS. Things like Flogs, Farticles and Review sites will cost more due to them being a little more complex.
Banners - Static $10, Animated $20. If you need a whole group of similarly designed banners, same image, same text, etc, I'll knock off 25% from each additional banner. (ex. 2 statics - 17.50, 3 = $25, etc.)
They can also do headers, business cards, or probably any other kind of design work needed.
So if you need something, just PM or send me an email at buddydupre (at) gmail (dot) com. (email is probably faster. I hardly check this place out.)
