For some stupid reason Adsense deemed it necessary to disable my account and also my Affiliate program too. WTF. Anyways, I am looking for a good Affiliate program or Pay-Per-Click that is worth it. Any ideas guys?

You can try neverblue, azoogle ads, hydra affiliate network, glispa. Actually there tons of CPA networks out there, I pretty sure that you'll find cpa networks and even affiliate managers right in this forum, just hit the search bar.
About advertising, if you have huge traffic you can try few CPM companies like Burst Media, Tribal Fusion, Adperium, BannerConnect, Adtigrity, Advertising.com these few are best cpm ad networks.

Clickbank and CJ are good affiliate programs. I think Yahoo offers something like ad sense program and many claim they pay more than Google.

Well most programs mentioned above are good but all are CPA. We all agree that CPA is a great way to make money but I see that in your post that you are in look of programs similar to adsense. In that case there are a few good programs but not as good as adsense but also not as strict as adsense.
