Hydra office timings.. WTF??

I called Hydra Media office today morning as I wasn't able to reach my AM. I got the no. from one of their emails which stated the office timings as Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm PST.

However, their offices were closed when I called around 8:15 as my call went to their VM box stating their office timings are 9am to 5pm.. Wtf??

Having worked with several clients from california, they're just on california time. Usually 8 am means "anytime around 30 minutes after 8"
