oooooookkkkk... you do realize that it's a pretty common phrase .... "outside of <insert location>"? In this context its not used as the opposite of "inside" more as a synonym of "around". Either way... I just wasted a few minutes of my time.

Just as reference for you guys, Singapore is about an 8 hour flight from here. It's basically like going "We've noticed your IP is from the United States. Please tell us why you're logging in from outside England."
