How to use proxy services?

While I do know what a proxy service is I DON'T know exactly how to set myself up to use them.

Any how-to guides around here?

I used to own CSPY.org, and there are tutorials on there, in addition to an assload of proxies.

Get ProxyChecker.net downloaded and you can pull your own proxies.
