I'm a novice in this forum. Hope here are some experienced guys who can give me an advice with my problem
Just recently started running some mobile offers (daily deals, coupons verticals).
The offers have mobile operators restrictions.
Is there a possibility to check (track) my mobile traffic's operators - some tools, progs etc.
Cause I want to be 100% sure (or close to that) that network/advertiser shows me all the info without hiding some leads.
Maybe some tracking platforms have a possibility to do that via IP's database etc:question4:
