I'd say you need deeper demographic information, which you could probably get through a couple of properly-worded site surveys. If your targets are largely straight, and married or attached, "experiental travel" can be a hugely profitable niche. But if they're all brokeasses, single moms, bass players in lesbian punk rock bands, etc. then the Haunted Savannah romantic getaway package is probably not going to do much in the way of conversion. Really, simplifying the demos down to age and sex becomes less and less effective as the prospects get older, because individuality of tastes, economics etc. become more and more distinct as people age.
