How to monetize 1k UV per day from Germany in mortgage loan quotes niche?

My friend gets about 1k UV per day from random keywords like mortgage quote all in german from germany. How can he monetize without putting affiliate links on his site?

He obviously can't give loans himself but couldnt he partner up with some banks or mortgage brokers? Capture the leads himself and sell them? But to who? Capture emails?

Since its local traffic maybe put a directory of real estate agent and mortgage brokers and make people pay to be listed?
 


He thinks that putting affiliate offers will reduce the amount of returning visitors and the usefulness of his website. He doesn't want to get Google slapped.

He'd rather deal with real life businesses or make deals with online merchants selling his own leads

He should contact a business in his area that provides mortgage loans and strike up a deal with them.

"Hey, I have tons of good quality mortgage leads coming in through my website and most companies with affiliate programs are scammy. I'm just looking to send my leads to some place competent. I'll give you some free ones so you can see for yourself that they are indeed quality leads... and them we can work out a deal afterwards"

You could link to their quote form and put the prosper202 pixel on their thank you page and just track leads that way. Or give them a phone number with call tracking and track calls. or both

that shit is a fuckin slam dunk bro.

How do you track calls? and I guess I would get paid by calls that reach a certain amount of minutes?

Also the linking to their contact page is good but I feel like it would make users stay on the site less long and then reduce its rankings. Would there be any way to capture the leads himself with a long ass form that would force the person to stay on the site and then just sell this list I gather and those people would just call them up?

Also, how long do you think those leads or good for? 1 week? 1 month? 1 year? I feel like mortgages are a 1 time thing or something.

Do you think it would be a good strategy to set up an aweber list and email the list over and over?
