How would you monetize mobile traffic that is "forced"?

That means the user didn't choose to visit the URL but will be viewing the page for a second or two.

Would prefer to build a site (page on an existing site) rather than redirect traffic directly to someone elses site.

Volumes: Over a million a week, worlwide. Many repeat visitors.

Where are they coming from? Which niche? You could split test tons of offers. Berries, Dick pills, iOS Apps, redirect them to porn tubes, cookie stuff the shit out of them etc etc

Solid advice

Sex sells, so the best bet you can get in the untargetted traffic is a dating offer. Maybe a free one or a free signup, your call. Its the only niche i can think of for a majority traffic.

Unfortunately it wouldn't be possible to run anything like dating, pills etc.
As I mentioned it's a large proportion of repeat traffic so I don't want to turn that off by giving them things that look like spam. Things like netflix would probably be OK though.

As it's mobile traffic maybe the app downloads would be a good one. That said it's majority Android traffic so as there is no Android App Store affiliate scheme (?) then I guess it would have to be deals to send traffic to app homepages which presumably would have to be done as a direct deal each time?

Perhaps the best bet would be a custom search engine (powered by Google / Bing / ????).
Feels a bit old school but this would balance user happiness and revenue.

- Mobile app installs
- CPM type ads
- Collect emails and mail them offers

If you really are moving 1mil impressions a month, I would go the CPM route. Even if you got shitty CPM like $0.03, that would be $30,000 a week...

Apps like battery booster, antivirus, speed boosting, launchers, and even different browsers like Dolphin, etc. all do well with this type of traffic and there are some solid offers for a broad spectrum of countries for these types of apps.

Agree with above as well, if you've got that much traffic coming in, why not build an asset by collecting their emails and figure out how to monetize them down the road?

Grab a few source codes of some popular apps and reskin them. Direct a block of that traffic to them and see if you can get a bunch of downloads. If you catch lightning in a bottle you may get some momentum going. Do a bunch of these and you've created another income stream for yourself. Diversify bro.
