How to input age and state into ad on Plenty Of Fish?

Hey guys,
as you can tell this is a newbie question. What's the code that I have to put into on plentyoffish.com so that when my ad shows up to the user it includes the state or city they're in and their age?

I've seen many ads there do this where the ad shows my age and where I'm located. I'd like to do the same in my ads, and I know there is a special code needed for that to put in the text body of the ad. What's that code and how do I do it?

I'd appreciate any instructions and examples.

What goes after the : is what is displayed if no information is available on that user.
