Tried searching for a day yesterday via google still cant find answers.

My stats, Godaddy has already directed the site to the IP of the VPS we created, the IP is on A "type". VPS Guys wont help us cause they only support everything in my dedies and not about the site

Got IIS installed but no next steps. While posting this Im still trying to get answers via IIS. Yesterday I tried using WAMP and problems just keeps on laying eggs, so I quit WAMP and move to IIS.

1--- Anyone can help here how to host a site via VPS easily?

2---We have a Dedicated Server with tons of IP address. If I host 1 site = 1 IP address will it look like I hosted all my PBN's on hostgator Shared Hosting or is it different in the eyes of Google?

Hi,

I've done this a bit so I'll give you some advice.

1) If you're looking to host a simple website on a VPS, don't waste your time with Windows Server. Linux is way cheaper, easier to setup and doesn't require maintenance. I recommend you get a web host that has ready-to-run style distros, and install one called webmin. It's a graphical (somewhat) interface for setting up websites. Once there creating a server is simple. It's literally a 6 step process that aside from entering the domain and folder, you can pretty much use the default settings for everything else.

2) It is likely your IP's are all the same D block. Example

192.159.49.111
192.159.49.112
192.159.49.113
192.159.49.114
192.159.49.115

If this is indeed the case it won't have the same power as if it was diverse, and also will leave a footprint that can be used to track all your websites down if Google decides to do so.

Cheers
