'So here it comes: The Scoop from The Donald. After you make your first billion, don't forget to send me a thank-you note. You know the address.' Donald J Trump has been the very definition of the American success story for over 30 years. Here, in his new wealth rule book "How to Get Rich", the real estate tycoon and multi-billionaire explains to us how to make a fortune, Trump style. Packed full of candid wisdom, advice and quirky rules such as 'Avoid the handshake whenever possible' and 'Get a prenuptial agreement', Trump offers insights into all aspects of business from investing wisely and impressing the boss, to maintaining your brand identity and hiring and firing your staff. Plus, the Donald tells all on the art of hair! This book will be published to accompany Trump's massive hit TV show "The Apprentice", which will be broadcast on BBC2 this autumn.

Look what kind of advice is in the book - from the quote you gave:

'Avoid the handshake whenever possible' and 'Get a prenuptial agreement', Trump offers insights into all aspects of business from investing wisely and impressing the boss, to maintaining your brand identity and hiring and firing your staff. Plus, the Donald tells all on the art of hair!
That's all useless crap.

This forum has more information on "how to get rich" than that book. :xyxthumbs:

He just talks about random stuff. He goes through what a week in his life is like. I read it because I was fumbling through books in the library and saw it. The only real substance I got from the book is that he still works very hard, even after all of his success. He also only runs on about 4-5 hours sleep which I found interesting.

of his $900 million personal debt
nearly $3.5 billion in business debt
In 1999, Donald's father Fred Trump, a multi-billion dollar real estate mogul, died. Fred Trump, the same man who cosigned Donald's first business loans, also happened to be the man who enabled Donald to escape from the massive financial morass he had created over the decades. Creditors who got stuck with the past losses were not as fortunate. Whereas Donald walked away from his empire unscathed, others were forced to take catastrophic writeoffs and losses even up to 2004, when Trump refused to continue to back his casino. Although Trump boasted he would build a bigger empire than his father, in the end, his father built an empire so large it could even accommodate Donald's most lavish personal losses.
I don't know that I'd take business tips from this guy...

sounds like b.s. to me... he isn't a multi billionaire for one.
Net worth: $2.7 billion

Everyone should read this really awesome article written about Donald Trump in The New York Times last year.
How much is Donald Trump Really Worth?

I remember reading it when it was printed and just laughing my ass off at how rediculous Trump is, and how is literally living in his own lies. You can clearly see he's not worth anywhere near where he thinks or says he is. I'd say, MAYBE $200 Million, which is still a nice amount, but nowhere near enough to get him onto any top 100 lists with Forbes or Fortune.

They were saying how Trump is the only person who actually calls Forbes to try to find out what position he is on the top 400 list. Fuck, in Russia they murder people who make those list.
