I guess this is the right section.. Hiring someone in another country to do your shit for you is automation, right?

How do you find good ones, who work hard, and won't start up a business directly competing with you? I'm currently looking at GAF, after someone on here mentioned they got someone from there for $100 a month.

Outsourcing is automation. It's where you don't have to do things.

Anway, with GAF it's trial and error. I went through about 5 freelancers before I found a great worker. I would PM you his name, but he's just a comment poster.

Make several tiny projects for testing and you should find your man. Also, check out their past work and reviews before selecting a winner (you probably already know this).
