How to do systematic backlinking?

Where do I find a script like freetrafficsystem minus the ads? Something I can reuse as to provide a service for people, making money out of it systematically - e.g. people on here sell 1000 backlinks to everyone for a set price.

So all I need to do is input keywords and write the content etc, then submit to available to blogs.
