How to cloak links - adwords

Can I put my affiliate link in an adwords ad but have it cloaked like one of my cheap websites so as not to compete with eBay.

example

Concert Spy

and then when they click it, they go directly to eBay "cookied" with my affiliate ID.

let me know if your speaking of something different. google is clever though and people are really not starting to care about the whole affiliate link thing all the *good* sponsors have it so if they take out your code you still get credit...
