How-To books or resources on how to create a small business or startup?

Right now, I'm working on a project that's soon going to turn into an actual service selling business. At this point, I'm pretty clubless on a lot of things. I'm looking for a book that teaches you how to price services, split profits with partners, hiring, and etc.

Not exactly about selling services, but "delivering happiness" is a great book for any startups out there.

"The Learn Startup" by Eric Ries. It's pretty inspirational!

I enjoyed "Zero to 1 Million". It's about a guy who started a million dollar annual business before he turned 30. He sold a second company for $160m, so he definitely knows his stuff.
