How often you check stats?

How often you check affiliate stats in a day? is like a compulsion i always do it and try to not

Probably hundreds of times a day always use my own stat pages so I can keep track of stuff with different networks (xml feeds or Curl if they don't have an xml), page auto refreshes every couple of minutes which I thought would keep me away from the refresh button but it really doesn't....

everytime circa gets a conversion.....jk its not possible to refresh that fast.
