I agree with Rick, I don't see any value or much potential in it, too, sounds like a site for doctor patient fetish porn. Maybe signup for Braz Bucks (aff link) and promote their site Doctor Adventures which fits that niche ?
I dont think this domain worth much. You can plan for various ideas on that website for porn content.

I dont associate much anything porn and medicine except provactively dressed nurses. That might be your only shot, come to think of it. Maybe theme the site after a nurse who takes her patients and makes them do things. Youd have to buy alot of expensive content, though and do a LOT of work.

Sounds like a site for some little porn flashgames to me. The "problem" with domain names containing "porn" is that people expect what is says: a porn site, so you can either make it an adult site or try something really funny like drew*#*#^*# BLOCK STRUCTURE PORN!@ to get loads of links and untargetted traffic.
