Not really worth any more than a reg fee unless you develop it, that's usually the case with most domains out there.

rage is right you dont need to purchase those local sites. just register a similar one with dashes in them and you can rank for the same local keyterms very easily. 10-20 links for local keyword = good.

Honestly, even in the context of a keyword-heavy name, not even reg fee. You might be able to get some rank for "san diego auto insurance" and related terms, promo some insurance CPA, add Carfax once you get some traffic, etc. Way cheaper than trying to bid your way up on those particular terms. But as far as value in the domain itself, pretty much nil.

I think the domain is way to long and I as Google doesn't like exact domains so much anymore I think it is not worth a lot... Try to develope it, load it with few unique articles and sell it on Flippa(I saw that kind of sites sell for few $100 without traffic...)
