Israel is a center for prostitution in middle east. That alone makes me want the country to stand, if not proliferate.
That being said, this speckle on their otherwise fine records do bug me off.
How many people are in Gaza anyway? If the issue is Hamas, then why not get rid Hamas and put international troops there. But even Hamas honored their cease fire agreements.
Also why not just pay up for land seized? Make agreement with Arabs that land seized by both side will be compensated and move on.
I obviously do not want Jews or anyone becoming Dhimmis.
Still statements like this bug me off:
Refugee rights groups report that Palestinians inside Israel tried to return to their villages of origin, often by sending letters to Israeli ministries. Letters were generally written by village mukhtars and dignitaries, and would emphasize the good relationship between the residents of the village with their Jewish neighbors, and the desire to live in peace under Israeli rule. The Israeli response to these letters was negative.[3]
Villagers like those of Ghassibiya, Bir'im and Iqrit whose petitions to the Israeli High Court to have their property rights recognized were accepted in the 1950s were physically prevented from reclaiming their properties by military administrative authorities who refused to abide by the court rulings and declared the villages closed military zones.[3]
Because most internally displaced Palestinian Arab citizens of Israel were counted as absent, even though present inside the Israeli state, they are also commonly referred to as present absentees.
Looks like Jews are hard to appease either.
Can't blame them. In the absense of strong law enforcing meritocracy people will kill each other. So why the fuck we don't have laws preventing any government from just seizing land and kick people off.
Arabs kicked Jews out and seize land. Why not give that same land to the Palestinians?
I mean if both states are libertarian, it wouldn't matter who got what. Both states are NOT libertarian. No states are. But they are quite significantly far.
