How is a website like this operating without a privacy policy?

It's infinite scroll so obviously they can't put it in the footer, but it seems odd that I can't find anything resembling an 'about' or 'privacy policy' page anywhere.

How has Amazon or other affiliate programs not shut them down??

well, they didn't rip off their privacy policy lol. Cause they don't have one.

I have a 2nd question btw.. because I don't want to make two n00b threads in 1 day on the privacy policy topic.

Can I put a privacy policy behind the 'about us' page on a website? and link to it in the body of the next page?

Working with a theme that has no footer so I can't put it there. I have a primary and secondary top banner menu, so I was going to put an 'about us' on a menu up there, and then link to privacy policy from 'about us'.

Didn't seem ideal to just put privacy policy as an actual menu item up top, so I thought this is better unless it's considered bad practice.
 
I see lots of Pinterest clones with scrolling that do not have Terms or Privacy linked anywhere that I can see.

Just another reason to hate it.
