How hard would it be to google image rank this as Windows 8 Logo?

Make a page (or several) where there are this picture, named as Windows 8 Logo.jpg, with alt description "Windows 8 Logo", also mention that in page title and a couple of times in page itself, then ping the page with pingomatic or whateeer. This worked for me really well when I was experimenting with G images. ~30% of them ranked somewhere in 1st page. Not sure if this will work after all those pandas and whatnot.

Microsoft is aggressive in this regard(typo squatting/domain infringement), don't go this route.
While I agree, he didn't ask "how hard would it be to google image rank this as Windows logo without legal ramifications."
He just asked how hard it would be.
