[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica][FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica] I am outsourcing some link building by having someone post in 5 different forums with a link in the signature. We are trying to make sure the posts are all on topic.

How many posts per 8 hour day do you think is reasonable to expect from my link builder?

Thanks,

Jon

About 10 per forum sounds good. Forum links's don't always work, except for the likes of DP and such.

I'd say a post every couple minutes because they need time to read threads they are responding to and formulate a response or start a thread themselves. Making 1 line posts every time is going to seem fishy so they may even need a little more time... 3 minutes per post. Give a 30-minute buffer so.

1 posts per 3 minutes
7.5 hours of working = 450 minutes
450 / 3 = 150 posts daily
Thats 30 posts per forum each day

That would be my minimum expectation. If they are very familiar with the topic of the forum, they should do much better, but this would be my minimum expectation.

BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

Why not pay them a base dollar amount PER POST and give them a bonus if their posts/threads are relevant in nature. Another way to go at it. It's hard to balance quality and quantity.

Option 1 leans towards quality
Option 2 leans towards quantity

Or you could split it. Hire 2 people... one to do Option 1 and one to do option 2... just some thoughts.
