Lets say I have a strong local domain like citydentists.com
I want to build it up with long tail, geo-modified SEO articles. Then also create a PPC campaign targeting whatever keywords I get low CPCs on due to my domain name and content.
The question then becomes how do I monetize it? I could put up adsense, teeth whitening offers, but the most optimal way to match user intent on my site would be lead gen.
Problem is I can setup adsense and affiliate offers but how do I setup lead gen? Is there a third party tool I can just plug into a page that has the lead gen form? I dont think I'd be able to build one on my own without spending a month or two learning how. I'm guessing it's not as simple as installing a Gravity form... Then there's trying to convince dentists in the area to subscribe and also somehow incorporate the lead gen system on their end. Seems rather difficult.
The other resort is renting out ad space to dentists in the city, which seems easier and just as lucrative. Leaning towards that at the moment.
