how do you get free web hosting from verizon dsl??

I know that they give you free web space and a free domain name and other things
what I don't know is how you do this.
please let me know if you have ANY insight on how to do this
I think you're supposed to have a verizon account?
I don't think I have an account name and password though

You get free web space with Verizon DSL, they dont give you a premium domain name and the free space they give you is about enough space to create squat. At least this is how it was a year or two ago, they may have changed things.

I don't know about verizon, but cox dsl gives you 10mb and a subdomain.

If your going for free hosting, I set up a blogspot or wordpress blog so that at least you get some seo love.
