is there any way to fix low QS or should i start a new campaign ?
the low QS is because of a direct linking to the merchant site

Depends if it's just slightly low or a slap. I slap would be a QS 1-3. It's not going to be possible to recover from a slap, your only option would be putting the campaign on a new account and on a new domain ( you need a landing page).

If your QS is 4+; then you can still bring it up. You're first step would have to be setting up a landing page.

if its kw, then breakdown your adgroups and restructure your campaign to increase ctr of your kws

The landing page probably already has been slapped by a previous affiliate running the offer. You're going to borrow his shitty QS immediately as soon as you type in their domain.

In other words, get your own fresh domain.

call google and tell them to increase the qualimeter, you're score will go to 10 in a few hours.

There's an art to direct linking in google, Read google's QS guidelines to give you more of an idea of what they're looking for
