How do you find out the keywords a page/domain is ranking for?

Hi
So i want to find what keywords a certain page or domain is ranking for. Is there any software or service that can do this? There is seodigger.com but it just reports the KW's the domain is ranking for and not the individual page that I want to analyse. And there are other tools too but they are for finding what KW's competition is ranking for in PPC< which is not i am looking for. I need to analyze organic ranking.
 


thanks not exactly what i was looking for, though. BTW WHEN i put in a url in backlinkwatch why does it not display the PR even though there is a column?

I actually need the thing I mentioned in my OP to analyze if it is possible for pages to rank without any link building
 
Here are some SERP Tracker links I researched a while back, you generally have to be getting decent ranking (like in the top 100) to show up in the results.
