How do you download a camtasia video from a website!?

I'm trying to download a video from a website which was recorded with camtasia studio.

I've tried using Orbit and a couple of other software however all they do is download a file called : "index_controller.swf"
which is not the actual video.

Anybody know how to get around this problem?

Never mind this post guys I managed to get the actual link where the video file was found and downloaded it.

:)
 
Speaking of Orbit - does anyone know how a similar program for Mac? I love orbit, but hate that its PC only...
