How do you deal with incoming spam?

Any recommendations, preferably free? I've used Postini and it seems to work well but since it costs money per mailbox I don't really use it for myself (just a few clients). I have too many email mailboxes to cover.

SpamAssassin works so so, but I probably don't know enough about configuring it.

I do not use any spam filter or such, because I am afraid to loose som business mail to it.

I really think it is manageable anyway, I get about 100 - 150 spams eachday to my business account and you can just delete them quite quick.
But it is really annoying, and would rather not do it.
