How do you capture email addresses with an Email submit

I have some email submit offers that I'd like to collect their email addresses for my own mailing purposes. How should I go about doing that? I don't think it would convert well if they had to enter their email twice in a row. Once on my page which then redirects to my Email submit offer. Ideas?
 


You just signup with an ESP (basically a mailing list manager) and they have you pass the email address through the form then it forwards ten to your affiliate link

Aweber and mail chimp are two popular ones but it depends on your expected volume
 
Because you're doing it wrong. Build your own email submit, and then send them through your own offer wall funnels to earn their own free gift or whatever.

Mailchimp didn't allow any "affiliate marketers" last time I checked. It may have changed since then though.
