How do you build Trustrank anyways?

I think its generally agreed that Trustrank just as important, if not more so than Pagerank these days. But I haven't actually seen many people (with the notable exception of Jon) talk about it in detail, and Google on their part has kept it in secrecy.

So really, (if only speculative) how do you build Trustrank?
