How do you guys jack someone's flash creative? I saved it as a .swf, and tried to reupload to my adserver. It was fail though because it counted every impression as a click.

Do I have to hire a flash designer to recreate a flash banner from scratch, and insert my link into the banner? Argh....

google "flasm" disassemble, change what you want and reassemble or use a flash decompiler like the ones from SOthink or Eltima.

SWF Decompiler, Flash Decompiler, SWF to Flex, SWF To FLA Converter, Flash Extract, Recover FLA is your friend.

It is probably also possible to capture the banner using some screen video capture software and then encode the video to swf.
