I have used sites like nonpublished.com and they are able to locate info on any phone, cell phone, published or non published really quick.

Their HQ are in Miami.

I was wondering how they do it. Direct relationships with carriers and phone companies? I am sure they get charged per result and then charge their customers a bit more.

Seems like a good business to be in.

thats exactly what I think and I would definitely invest money on it.

Just need to find out who supplies these companies with data.
