How can I Code a Template?

I need to code (for example - html) templates!
Anyone knows a good tutorial or sources for a Newbie to learn coding?

www.w3schools.com is a good place to learn the basics. An easy way to learn also, is to just "view source" on others' web sites and just see how they were coded. I'd recommend using divs/css for your design rather than a bunch of nested tables, but to each their own

CSS Zen Garden is also a good one for learning how to use CSS.
