How can I accept PayPal payments w/o a PayPal account?

I used PayPal for years without any problems up until a year or two ago. I am now unable to have a PayPal account in my name but have customers that are trying to pay me by PayPal.

Do you guys know of any way I can accept payment from these people? I have a NetSpend debit card. There is some mention on their site about loading a card with PayPal but I think that has to be your own card and your own PayPal acct.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Maybe you can try 2CO account easy way to get money in PayPal and withdraw in your bank account easily

Get an account using your moms name just tell them that youll use their CC for something and that youll not charge a single stuff. If incase paypal charges something do inform them that youll be the one paying the bills and that you will use it for a business to claim income/funds.

Every transaction on paypal to CC shows PAYPAL(NAME) on their CC statements.

Yup, I also vote for 2checkout. They are pretty decent but have rather high fees.
