How can a merchant promote a new program here?

Hello all.

I did not see a category for where merchants like myself can promote new and legit programs.

We use the SAS network and i would like to announce our program and answer any questions asked by the hard working affiliates here, but i do not want to spam the site, nor break the rules on my first day!

Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.
