How Big Are Your Target Users On Your Myspace Campaigns?

So initially I had some pretty untargeted campaigns which had a target audience in the 7 figure range. Getting impressions and clicks was no problem here. But obviously, this made my CPC pretty high so I started to target by city, age, and gender. This made my campaigns have an audience that was less than 500K unique users. The CTR was very high but I barely got any clicks.

So then I thought I would just take those really targeted campaigns and just duplicate them and make a bunch so that the sum of all these clicks from all of these targeted campaigns could come out rather large but it seems like each one of these campaigns are barely getting any clicks or impressions.

So I'm just wondering what amount of unique users you guys aim for in your myspace campaigns?

By the way, my current bids are set to what myspace has suggested so I don't think my bids are an issue here.

If an ad has a good CTR it will get massive impressions 2-3 days after it is created. Create a bunch of clones, then delete anything with less than a .1% CTR every night. Once an ad starts getting impressions, if your CTR maintains, then you're golden.

Then again, I have a few ads with a 1% CTR and CPC 3x the suggested, and it still only gets 20 clicks a day.

I use to run on myspace, I find that impressions are really inconsistent unless you target demos with over a million users in it. any less and the ad didnt get shown to anyone. I usually bid 5x suggested.
