Hosting with multiple Class C IPs

I'm looking for good hosting services that offer multiple Class C IPs. So far I've come across:

www.seohosting.com
www.pair.com
www.softlayer.com

Any experience with these? Do you get separate nameservers for each IP? Any other suggestions.
