Alright I'm sick of trying to figure this out. I'm just going to sign up for a new, CHEAP hosting plan that will let me put different sites on different IPs for real cheap or assign really really random ass IPs or something...

Where should i look

one place would be the reseller package at Dedicated Server Hosting, Web, VPS, Shared Hosting, Affiliate Program

.....The iBizPanel is the world's most cost-effective reseller hosting solution. Your monthly cost remains fixed at $50 - $100 a month, even as you add more and more customers. The only time you would incur more costs would be if you exceeded 5,000 websites. In that case, you would simply buy another block of 5,000 sites for $50 a month. Therefore, if you want to maximize your profits as a web hosting reseller, the iBizPanel is the way to go.....

....The iBizPanel randomly assigns each of your sites to whichever servers are available. This can be helpful for SEO purposes, since your websites will often have different IP addresses....

i dont use them,so cant say anything about how it would work out in the end

I might be tin foil hat but...

I like the safety and futureproofing of having different webhosts each with about 10 or so allowed sites. Then have 5 to 10 of these hosts. I can interlink on totally different C classes, to the other hosts/sites.

If a host hates me for spamming, copyright, or some legal shit they cant close down all my shit.

And it doesnt really cost more than other options I have seen, maybe there is some cool host I dont know about. If you shop WHT for deals you can creat a network of these sites fairly cheap.

Drake's method actually sounds best if one isn't doing tons of transfer. There probably just isn't enough competition in this seo-style hosting which is keeping the prices inflated.

Drakes method is perfect. I do the same.

If you need a VPS, it should be for a heavy site that needs lots of resources and bandwidth. That SEO host is another option.

Another not-so-cheap option is pair's advanced plan. Every domain you add, you can choose to have a static IP.

Yeah I agree with Drake on this just buy a bunch of hosting accounts and spread things acrosss. This is what I see some very large niche web site makers doing so they can interlink their websites. We have this one crazy customer he has 8 accounts with us all with different ip's. Then dozens of other accounts with other hosts as well. I think he has over a 1000 domains now it's pretty amazing. I asked him about all the hosts he's using and he said he wanted different ip's and not having all eggs in one basket.

you may try Eskhosting, they are surely not that dirty cheap, bur very reliable

Yes, look at WHT offer forum once a week to check out the sticky posts offers. Sometimes you can get a decent host for 10$/year. To my experience if the hosts get stickied on WHT, chance that they are good.
