Hosting multiple domains on one account. With A BH here and There

If I have a hosting acount that can host up to say 10 dedicated IP's and I throw a BlackHat site or two in there can that screw the rest of my sites on that account?

The dedicated IP's are all like 66.129.58.xxxx or 66.129.64.xxxx. They are all very similar.

I have heard this can affect your SE rankings. But I wouldnt really worry about it.

I have a domain or two on one acount that I would follow through with, but dont want to fuck any of the WH sites on the same account.
