this is something strange, i suggest you to buy few shared hosting plan. One more thing, if you are going to host different theme of website at same c class ip..i dont think it may hurt. Still you should go for hosting which provide few dedicated ip's like ixwebhosting.

Hosting Exchanges aren't really that popular.

1) Hosting is cheap, if you can't afford a few throwaway accounts on various oversold hosting then you're probably doing something wrong with monetizing.
2) Availability of free Web 2.0 sites means a fair bit of hosting is free if you're just looking for unique IP space for controlled links, in fact using these is less of a headache than hosting your own stuff if you're lazy.
3) You have no idea what the person on the other end of the exchange is going to provide you or what they are going to do to your hosted space. Since neither will be putting money sites on each other's space you can assume it's going to be pretty spammy and maybe even resource intensive. There are also some fun ways to mess with your content if it was on someone else's machine (PPI, pop ups etc).

Just too much of a risk with no real benefit. Go for real links on existing sites or use Web 2.0 if you need links in different IP areas.

Since hosting is very cheap, you may just wanna buy additional hosting at other providers, but the idea of a hosting exchange is kinda good. I dont think there is an existing website that specialises in this type of exchange, so your only recourse is asking in forums like these.

I have lots of unused space and bandwidth in my Godaddy hosting account with dedicated IP, so you can PM me if you want, and we can work something out. May be we can share the cost a little... I can provide full ftp access to your hosting account so you can always check your website content

Thanks guys, had no subscription to this post and was forgotten, already found solutions.

enjoy.
