That's the first I've heard that word. Apparently, although it's not technically spam, if you have a user that participate in activities that violate someone's TOS (like Myspace, Facebook, CL...ect) they can block all incoming mail from hosts like hostgator servers..or something like that. So I'm going to pack up before they shut me down for good.
Anyone know of a host package that is as user friendly (I need the big shiny fantastico buttons plz) as hostgator but might ignore the emails from my competitors (I'm 99.99% the complaint was from a competitor) trying to take me down?
