Can anyone point me to some learning resources for the correct way to organise the files on my web host.
Reason being that i have a wordpress blogg, auction website (which were uploaded by someone else) and now want to install prosper202 but due to the root domain requirements i dont know how to go about making sure i can install it correctly without messing up the other sites. And i need to share the mysql DB.
Just feel i need to get some background knowledge on best practices before i start moving shit around.
