Oh, that's Stoffel, he's known to get about the town, causing all sorts of messes and trouble, he's also known for cleaning out the girls drawers in the village nearby. (They just love him down there)

The park ranger guy there, Brian, he's a dick, he's always trying to stop Stoffel (BlokBlok's Cuz) but Stoffel is always one step ahead.

I think they are making a part-two on this video, where Stoffel really loses it and burns down Brian's house.
