Hoarding of Nickels

I'd rather get "junk silver", i.e., silver dimes, quarters, etc. One dollar in face value of junk silver equals about .715 ounces of silver. Silver has been used as money for ages. Plus, it takes less storage space because each coin is worth more.

What happens when you die and forgot to tell anyone about your nickel pipes?

Edit: I love the pipe idea for hiding other objects

The pipe thing has always been a trick for long term firearm storage.

I saw a video of a guy who pulled one out after being underground for years, right after Ruby Ridge happened, and dug it up quite recently. The gun was in flawless shape, no water infiltration. You HAVE to be careful due to water issues and seal the pipes with either caulk or rubber cement. It would also be a good idea to vacuum pack items if they're valuable.

As for nickels.... (It's half full ATM).
