A wise man once said: Shut up and make some money already.
To you, I offer this advice.

Way over 200 a day.

I agree with the previous posts... What is the salary were looking at? Do I get medical / dental / eye care? Is relocation covered, and if so, do you cover any of the expenses (such three months rent) like some companies do? Hersey's literally pays for my uncles house.

While I hate unix and using it is literally throwing tons of money down the drain in amount of time it takes even a decent (non-expert) developer to do a task as compared to using a Windows Server, I qualify in every aspect you asked about besides I never used Ruby... Then again in October I never in my life touched a mac computer or C and within 2 weeks was coding an iPhone app / Objectve-C like a pro, so learning any new language is not an issue.

I'm highly motivated and have many times worked 40 hours + to hit my deadlines. I can code tons of different languages and have almost 9 years experience running a business, so I have strong client management and project management skills. I also work with several other companies' staff day in and day out so have great communication skills.

The question is can you wow me now with an offer to make it work taking the job? =]
