Hiring: Banner Designer

Looking for someone who is available to churn out lots and lots of banners on a daily/weekly basis, I am willing to pay for quality work, and preferably prefer to pay by the hour / week...
Please shoot me examples of some banners that you have made - the main requirement is that you will be required to put in the creative effort for the copy and styling of the banners.
This can very easily turn into a full time job with the right guy/gal at the steering wheel, so looking forwards to hearing back from you guys.
