Can anyone suggest high risk merchant accounts from your personal experience? Panama etc. will work fine, but the accepted chargeback % should be 5+, 10% would be ideal.

Shoot me up. Thanks.

Not even 3 years ago would you get anything with a 10% CB rate. With December09 and March 2010 changes to Visa/MC regs.. you'll be lucky to get an account with 0.9% :)

Good luck bros.

We offer offshore options in the Mediterranean that can manage 5% CB easily but closer to 10% will be an issue. Please send me a PM if you're interested in a rate sheet.

I think im gonna go with offshorelegal.org, does anyone have any experience with them? If I accept only echecks the chargeback % shouldnt be higher than 2.

Thanks for all the answers.

buddy, New rules are in effect, dont think % chargeback, think # of chargback, as in 50. As per new rules MC is now watch listing you at 50 CB's. Get watch listed and your next month of similar behavior and your in for a let down. What gets you watch listed these days is 50 chargebacks per EIN (MID's no longer matter as they are being grouped in the same bucket.) A lot has changed, and you must be very tactful in your setup to process large numbers of high risk transactions. Yes, recurring is being written every day. You need to be able to ramp up slowly to build a solid network that is off the radar. Anyway, if you want to talk I can give you a run down on how to setup successfully and for the long haul. We are still handling massive transaction loads.... See my contact info for my profile.
