ray liotta....

ok, this is probably a dumb question, so i know i'll probably get a ton of sarcastic replies...

it's wrong to promote something by lying to your audience, for example, "hey sign up for this, its FREE" when really you have to pay something up front. bad:mad:

but....if you were to bend the truth in a way where....

scenario 1

- you are promoting a beauty product for example skin cleanser/pimple remover etc.

- you pick any profile from myspace, and send them the following private message...

- "hey, saw your picture, you have a pizza face, check out this skin treatment product [affiliate link goes here] it should clear up that shit on your face"

even if the person appears to have good skin, the fact that you are lying and you made it out that your private message not look spammy, does that go against TOS of the product you are trying to promote?

or scenario 2

- private message goes out to a male from a female,

- "hey, your exgirlfriend told me you had a problem keeping it up, you should check this out [drop viagra affiliate link].

pf course this is just some random person and you have no idea this person is, but getting them to believe you that YOU know them, would that be all wrong? even if you got the lead?!

i mean, if the offer you are promoting does not allow incentives, do these scenarios apply?

'pologize if this is a fuct up question :anon.sml:

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So it only matters what your affiliate account managers will allow. If they say its good, then its good. If they go to rip up your check, then its bad.
